April 2nd 2011, Bayside Harley Davidson Dealership, Portsmouth, held a contest for the 2011 Spokesmodel for the dealership. The twelve contestants had a speaking portion and then had a 90 second photoshoot live on stage with Myhr Photography to show the judges how they are with the camera. We also recorded HD footage of everything and will be putting together a video showcasing the event.

We traveled up to Long Island, NY to shoot this wedding for my best friend Jeff and his beautiful bride Nancy and her daughter Ariana. Jeff and I were in the Army together for a long time, and deployed to Baghdad in the same unit. It was a great trip and we enjoyed capturing their lovely day.

Driving home yesterday from Moonrise Bay Vineyard, I saw a huge flock of Red-winged Blackbirds in a farm field. I quickly grabbed my camera and they started flying when I got this shot.
